A Full Building Survey report will cover an appraisal of the building structure and fabric above ground, and report as follows:

Roof structure, Condition and Materials from both internal and external (access permitting), chimneys, rainwater goods etc.

External walls; construction, materials, pointing, heads and cills, lintels, windows and doors, damp proof course, internal condensation if applicable.

Structure and condition of the internal walls, floor and ceilings.

Internal finishes – condition and age where applicable.

Inspection of the visible pipework to and from sanitary appliances, hot and cold water storage facilities, heating type and pipework where accessible.

General comment on gas, plumbing and electric, minor inspection - should full Mechanical & Electrical test be required this can be arranged.

Information will be provided from the inspection outlining any potential future problems and also how the structure diverges from current building regulations.

Comment will be made of the external areas to the property and the drainage, but no testing of drains will be carried out.
