The refurbishment and extension of this Grade II listed but derelict farmhouse was entered and won the West Yorkshire Built in Quality Award for the Best Extension 2006 category. The property was designed as a family home by architect Ian Dickinson of FJ Architects and involved extensions to two elevations of the building. one extension is a 4-car garage with a bedroom and gymnasium over and the other being a very modern kitchen complete with a glass wall to maximise the wonderful view. The remainder of the property was completely refurbished to the same very high standard.

A prestigious renovation of this Grade II* listed building within the Leeds University complex. The project involves the conversion into 76 post-graduate student apartments whilst still retaining the character, features and original monuments left inside the priory and chapel from 100’s of years ago.
