Rawson Associates works within all aspects of the commercial sphere including restaurants, car showrooms, offices, banks, hotels and business parks. We are currently engaged in the refurbishment of several car showrooms for both Honda and VW and have recently completed projects for Toyota, Kia and Peugeot. We will be shortly commencing the following refurbishment projects VW Preston, VW Birmingham and VW Crewe. In this sector of work we travel nationwide.

This Grade 2 listed building located in the Central Business District & Market Town of Elland. The building was acquired by a local businessman who we are also working very closely with on other projects.


The final design has fully utilised the 4 floors of the existing building and has realised a scheme comprising 8,000 sqft of retail units, 2,000 sqft of office accommodation and 22 high quality 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

This new ‘Flagship’ development for the Aagrah group is the latest in hi-tech construction, from the glass block walling to the internal L.E.D lighting. This purpose built 20,000 sq foot building accommodates 420 guest’s at any one time and is the largest in the Aagrah group and now also the head office.

This redevelopment of pipers house is to make way for 15 self contained apartments with a retail/coffee shop on the ground floor, The architect on this project is 4mation Architects of Cheshire, we have worked with these architects on two other projects.
